What can the TK3 Series Laser Cutting Machine for tubes do for You
Wide Profile Processing Capability
Supports round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, oval tubes, as well as angle steel, channel steel, H-beams, and other profiles. Reduces the need for multiple machines, maximizes equipment versatility, and enables handling more orders.
Stronger Load Capacity
Adopts a high-strength welded side-mounted bed structure. It meets the processing needs of heavy tubes, supporting up to 1000kg per single heavy tube. Reduces the risk of machine deformation and ensures continuous and stable production of heavy tubes.
Optional ±45° Bevel Cutting
The TK3 series supports a bevel laser head with a maximum bevel angle of ±45°. It can easily complete welding bevel preparation in one pass, such as V, Y, and other shapes. This reduces welding preparation time and enables more complex tube processing.
Extra-long Tube Processing Capability
Modular bed design adapts to different tube lengths and offers flexible customization. It can process extra-long tubes up to 12,200mm in one clamping, eliminating splicing and secondary straightening, shortening delivery time.
Heavy-duty Pneumatic Chuck for Accuracy
Three fully pneumatic self-centering chucks work together to provide excellent clamping and positioning consistency. They effectively reduce vibration and deformation, lower scrap rate in long tube processing, and achieve zero remnant cutting while maintaining stable cutting accuracy.
Follow-up Support to Prevent Deformation
An independent servo-driven follow-up support system provides vertical and horizontal support for the tube. It offers strong support for heavy pipes, effectively preventing deformation and sagging, ensuring stable and accurate cutting.
Intelligent Nesting Reduces Material Waste
Professional tube nesting software automatically programs and optimizes paths for efficient nesting. It includes multiple layout modes for your choice, and you can modify cutting sequences and path plans at any time to minimize material waste.

Laser Cutting Machine for Tubes FAQ:
The TK3 Series is a laser solution specifically designed for heavy-duty, long-length metal tube processing. The machine adopts a horizontal structure for a more stable bed. It is equipped with three independently movable chucks, providing stronger clamping force and better handling of heavy and extra-long tubes.
The biggest difference lies in the number of chucks. You can refer to the following comparison to choose the right tube laser cutting machine:
| Comparison Aspect | Two-Chuck Tube Laser Cutting Machine | Three-Chuck Tube Laser Cutting Machine |
| Core Structure | Front drive chuck + rear support chuck | Front drive chuck + middle adjustment chuck + rear support chuck |
| Tube Length Capacity | Usually ≤ 6.2m | Suitable for 6–12m or even longer extra-long tubes |
| Max. Tube Diameter / Load Capacity | Diameter usually ≤160mm, load ≤150kg | Round tube φ20-360mm, load up to 1000kg |
| Processing Accuracy | Positioning accuracy ±0.05mm/m, repeat positioning ±0.03mm/m | Same accuracy, but three chucks with multi-point support effectively reduce accuracy loss caused by sagging of long tubes due to their own weight |
| Material Utilization | Shortest remnant 100mm (achievable with proper nesting when front chuck avoids rear chuck clamping) | Inherent advantage – extremely easy to achieve “zero remnant” cutting, material utilization can be increased by 25% |
| Running Stability | Higher chuck speed (130r/min), suitable for stable processing of medium-short tubes | Better stability; three chucks effectively suppress vibration during high-speed rotation of long tubes |
| Equipment Cost | Relatively lower, cost-effective | Higher |
| Applicable Industries | Fitness equipment, bicycles, shelves, furniture, auto parts, etc. | Wind power, nuclear power, aerospace, shipbuilding, photovoltaic brackets, large steel structures, and other high-end manufacturing |
The TK3 Series supports H-beams, channel steel, angle steel and other structural profiles used in steel fabrication. For dedicated H-beam processing, see our H-beam laser cutting machine solutions.
Yes. The TK3 Series tube laser cutting machine supports a semi-automatic loading and unloading system. Manual assistance is required for loading, but subsequent steps such as automatic material sorting and conveying are done automatically by the machine. This significantly reduces manual labor intensity and improves production efficiency.
The TK3 Series occupies approximately 46–59 m². In addition, you should also consider working clearance, safety, and other factors, so we recommend reserving at least 155 m² of workshop space. If you also need automation equipment such as loading/unloading systems, more space may be required. For details, please consult DXTECH technical staff.
Maintenance mainly focuses on three areas: daily cleaning, regular lubrication, and periodic inspection of key components.
Daily cleaning: After each use, inspect and clean the chucks, lenses, and other parts.
Regular lubrication: Check and maintain the chucks, guide rails, and racks weekly or monthly. Also check that the chiller operates normally and replace cooling water in time.
Key component inspection: Inspect every six months, e.g., chuck accuracy, wearing parts such as protective lenses, seals, etc., for any damage.
