What is Servo Electric Press Brake?

The DXTECH servo electric press brake is a CNC precision sheet metal bending machine that relies on a pure servo motor combined with a precision ball screw for direct drive, and operates entirely without a hydraulic power system. Its core operating principle involves using a high-precision servo motor to directly drive a ball screw or belt pulley transmission mechanism, which in turn moves the ram up and down to achieve precision bending and forming of metal sheets.

It is designed for small-batch, high-variety, precision, and flexible bending. It is widely used in high-end manufacturing sectors with stringent requirements for precision, cleanliness, and environmental protection.
