The DXTECH large format laser cutting machine is a large-sized, high-power laser cutting machine. The machine power reaches up to 40 kW, and the cutting area can reach 2500×6000mm or 2500×12000mm. More power and size options support customer customization. The workbench uses a modular design, quickly expandable cutting area, and reduces transportation costs. The machine bed is welded from heavy-duty structural steel tubing and uses stress-relief annealing technology to ensure its high strength and stability. CypCutE nesting software features intelligent layout functions that effectively reduce material waste. Compared with traditional/plasma cutting methods, its high-speed, high-precision processing performance can shorten positioning and cutting times and improve production efficiency. The DXTECH large format laser cutter bed frame is constructed from ultra-heavy-duty steel plates using a tenon-and-mortise welding method. It undergoes a stress-relief annealing process at 600℃ for 10 hours in an ultra-large fuel-heated annealing furnace. After high-temperature annealing completely removes internal stress, it is then machined. The bed frame boasts high rigidity and structural stability, ensuring it remains undeformed for up to 20 years of normal use.
